Sawkings Architects have secured planning approval for the extension and internal remodelling of an existing dwelling at 122 Woodlands Road, Great Bookham.

The proposal includes a new front porch and a two-storey rear extension, alongside internal remodelling to better suit the client’s lifestyle and requirements.

The design combines traditional with contemporary materials and architectural language, creating a sensitive yet modern enhancement to the existing dwelling.
