We collect the above information in order to perform our Architectural services and for other related purposes including analysis for statutory returns, as well as legal and regulatory compliance.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We will never disclose the personal information that we collect, or you provide, to any third party without your specific consent. We will only distribute it to contractors, consultants and other third-party businesses who use the personal information in connection with the supply or potential supply of services to you.

We will never sell your data.

How long we keep your information for
We do not hold personal information for longer than necessary.

We keep client records for a maximum of 12 years after we have finished working with them depending on our liability period. Once we are out of our indemnified period, the information is deleted.

Cookies and IP Address
We use ‘cookies’ to help us track patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site in order to make improvements. These cookies do not contain any personal information and you can adjust your browser settings to restrict their use if you wish.
