Sawkings Architects have been appointed to develop a proposal for an extension and internal remodelling of an existing detached dwelling at 36A London Road, Merstham.

The scheme consists of 2-storey side and rear extension and internal remodelling to adapt the dwelling to the clients' needs. The scheme features architectural language and materiality sympathetic to the local built character.
