Sawkings Architects have received planning approval on a rear extension at ground floor level and dormer extension at first floor levels in Dorking, Surrey. The proposal includes landscape improvements and provision of bicycle and tools storage.

Internal spatial alterations allow for the provision of generous living area and large open plan kitchen/dining/snug areas at ground floor level, with new master bedroom with en-suite at first floor level.

A two phase development plan has been proposed to suit the clients' budget, maximising the cost efficiency and remaining within allocated budget.
