Sawkings Architects have been appointed to develop a proposal for a change of use from agricultural to 4No. residential units.

The conversion allows for a total of 4 units to be introduced across two storeys. The scheme includes external alterations, to achieve contemporary architectural appearance and aesthetic, while providing sufficient sunlight to serve each unit.
