Planning approval granted for change of use from Class F1 (Education) to Classes E (Commercial) at lower ground and ground levels and C3 (Residential) above. The refurbishment allows for a total of 41 mixed residential units to be created.
The extensions have been carefully developed in accordance to the Conservation Officer's guidelines to be preserving and enhancing the local character and not to obstruct any views towards sites of historical significance. The design follows the established architectural language and proposes sympathetic addition to honour the existing shapes and forms.
