Sawkings Architects were appointed by the homeowner to design a contemporary extension which complemented the existing property and provided a new entertaining space at ground floor level and master suite at first floor. Both spaces are well served with natural light and have been designed to make the most of the views out over neighbouring fields in West Sussex. Planning approval was granted at the start of June by Horsham District Council.
