Sawkings Architects were appointed for the development of a proposal for an extension and internal remodelling of an existing detached dwelling at The Stream, Betchworth, Surrey.

The scheme consists of a new entrance porch, part single, part two storey side extension and internal remodelling to adapt the dwelling to the clients' needs. The scheme features architectural language and materiality sympathetic to the local built character.
