Sawkings Architects were commissioned to undertake pre-application discussions with Woking Borough Council, following initial concept development for the small, but prominent corner site in Knaphill, Woking. The full application for the scheme to demolish the existing single storey property was submitted in late December 2021, with planning permission granted for the proposed construction of a 3-storey mixed use development in February 2022.
