Planning approval granted for residential scheme on brownfield land in High Wycombe, providing 9 new town houses. The site presented a number of challenges, including the dimensional constraints and proximity to neighbouring properties. The application was validated in September 2021 and planning permission was granted for our Developer Client in late December 2021.
