Sawkings Architects were commissioned for the development of a proposal for an extension and internal remodelling of an existing dwelling in Charlwood, Surrey.

The scheme consists of a new dormer extension and internal remodelling to adapt the dwelling to the clients' needs. The scheme features architectural language and materiality sympathetic to the local built character.
