The proposal centres around a new ground floor wrap-around extension, providing generous contemporary living spaces with improved natural light and stronger connections to the external landscape. The existing garage is sensitively repurposed as a summerhouse and linked back to the main dwelling through a lightweight glazed connection, creating a distinct yet cohesive addition to the property.

Further interventions, including a new dormer window and carefully considered alterations to the frontage and landscaping, complete the scheme.
